• 1. Are the Vehicles Insured?

    Yes, all our vehicles have mandatory insurance.

  • 2. What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?

    We accept payments via cash, Visa, or Mastercard. Payments can be processed over the counter at our physical location or securely via our online portal.

  • 3. How do I rent a car?

    You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu or by calling (+1) 649-241-4968. If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.

  • 4. Can I Change the car after the reservation?

    Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call (+1) 649-241-4968 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.

  • 5. Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?

    You can take the car at the main office – South Dock Rd (2 storey blue building – near Smith Co Gas Station and Quality Super Market). If you have reserved a car for more than three days, we can deliver the car to the location of your choice. The car has to be returned to an agreed location in main office.

  • 6. What should I do if the car breaks down or accident happens?

  • 7. Can we leave the car in the hotel where we stay?

    To protect our guest, we strongly suggest not to leave the car in the hotel or villa. Returning vehicle must be checked by the rental agent to avoid any unnecessary charges.

  • 8. When can I contact you?

    You can call us on Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM / Saturday 8 AM – 2 PM by phone no: (+1) 649-241-4968.

    We are close on Sunday.

  • 9. Are there any maps in the cars?

    Yes, if you wish, we will provide maps of Turks and Caicos Island for free.

  • 10. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    1. Full Refund: Renters may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled rental start time.

    2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable, unless approved at the sole discretion of the Company.

    3. Processing of Refunds: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original Visa or Mastercard used for the transaction. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
